Replace motor driver axis 2 - H600

This article describes how to replace the motor driver axis 2 on the H600.

Danger resulting from incorrect commissioning

⇒ Commissioning must be performed only by persons with technical and electrotechnical training who were also authorized by fruitcore robotics!

Required replacement parts:

  1.  Switch off the robot and de-energize the system. Disconnect the Harting plug.

  2. Remove the bus cable and loosen the screws on the base cover using a 2 mm hexagon socket.

  3. Loosen the screws underneath the right-hand cover (view of the robot from behind). For illustration reasons, only the side panels to be removed are shown here.
  4. Remove the screws with a 2.5 mm Allen key
  5. Remove all connectors on the motor driver and loosen the two TX10 screws

  6. When installing the new motor driver, make sure that the heat conducting pads are correctly seated.

  7. When assembling, please note that you must carry out the steps in reverse order
  8. Switch on the robot and check the software version to ensure that the installation of the new circuit board was successful and that the robot is working properly.
