Replace motordriver axis 3

WARNING!

Risk of personal injury due to untrained personnel.

⇒ Repairs should only be carried out by individuals with technical and electrical training!

 

1.) Turn off the robot and disconnect it from the power supply to prevent any risk of injury or damage.

2.) Remove the cover screws highlighted in yellow.


 

3.) Disconnect the connectors from the faulty motor driver.

 

4.) Carefully insert the new motor driver and tighten the screws to a torque of 0.8 Nm. Then, secure the cover with a torque of 2.5 Nm.
