Motordriver Axis 1-3 H1000

This article describes how to replace motor drivers 1 to 3 on the Horst 1000.

DANGER!

Danger resulting from incorrect commissioning

⇒ Commissioning must be performed only by persons with technical and electrotechnical training who were also authorized by fruitcore robotics!
  1. Shut down the robot and disconnect it from the power grid.
  2. Loosen the 2 hex screws of the connection box
  3. Carefully loosen all screws of the housing.
  4. Disconnect all plug connections and unscrew the driver.
  5. Put the housing back on.
  6. Reattach the junction box.
  7. Turn on the robot and check the software version to confirm that the installation of the new driver was successful and that the robot is functioning properly.
