PLEXA One was developed for demanding industrial applications that require maximum flexibility and precision. With up to 16 axes and a mobile platform, the system enables complex bimanual manipulation and flexible use in dynamic working environments.

The technological basis is our Industrial Humanoid Platform. It is based on proven robot technology that is already in use in more than 1,300 industrial robots. As a result, PLEXA One is consistently designed for real industrial processes and is extremely robust and durable.

Based on the proven industrial robots of the HORST family, we have developed a fully integrated dual-arm platform - based on the freedom of movement of the human upper body. The Dual Arm Robots combine two arms on a common platform for bi-manual tasks: Assembly, handling and quality inspection in one system. Standard-compliant according to ISO 10218-1/2.
