Project templates with a pre-prepared risk assessment in accordance with DIN EN ISO 10218-2 help users adopt existing solutions more quickly and further develop them in a standardized manner. Projects are managed centrally, expanded flexibly, and combined with tested components.

In Program Generation, automation sequences are defined intuitively. Wizards provide assistance with waypoints, pallet patterns, graphical splines, and parallel sequences. The configured application runs in production within the Process Control user interface. Operators start defined processes, execute approved functions, and work with customizable user permissions. This keeps day-to-day operations simple, manageable, and efficient.

The Intelligence Layer extends horstOS from the initial concept through setup and process logic to execution and optimization during operation. AI agents understand process objectives, images, CAD data, and real-world environmental data, and use this information to derive executable processes. This results in flexible automation applications that can be configured more quickly and adapted to real production conditions during operation.
